I am Tatiana. I wear many hats on a daily basis. I am a wife, mother, project manager, fitness competitor and Certified Health and Wellness Coach.

My journey to health and balance came out of necessity. I was unhappy, over my healthy weight, in toxic relationships, and too career focused. I had always known what it meant to look healthy but I had to learn what overall wellness really meant. I had to learn to let go of the negativity in my life, set clear goals, and focus on what was important.

Today I am empowered, happy, and loving my life. My goal is to inspire others and equip them with the tools to live a happy healthy, balanced life.

just wanted to post about the Spring Detox. I was very skeptical starting because I hit a major plateau in my weight loss and I have always heard detoxing is just a quick fix. Let me tell you how incredibly inaccurate that was.

I can’t say enough about the benefits of the detox. Tatiana showed me how to eat even healthier than I already do without compromising hunger. Not once was I hungry. I felt like I ate more on the detox than I normally do.

She gives you every possible tool for success for the program but helps to maintain it even afterwards. On the detox I lost 7.5 lbs. I got to the weight I desired and couldn’t be any happier!
