I just wanted to post about the Spring Detox. I was very skeptical starting because I hit a major plateau in my weight loss and I have always heard detoxing is just a quick fix. Let me tell you how incredibly inaccurate that was.

I can’t say enough about the benefits of the detox. Tatiana showed me how to eat even healthier than I already do without compromising hunger. Not once was I hungry. I felt like I ate more on the detox than I normally do.

She gives you every possible tool for success for the program but helps to maintain it even afterwards. On the detox I lost 7.5 lbs. I got to the weight I desired and couldn’t be any happier!

Might I add that I don’t want to lose any more weight but I loved the foods so much that I’m going to continue at a modified “diet” which you can’t even call a diet.

I literally learned so much about what foods trigger bad responses in my body that I know to avoid them now.

Hi everyone. I just wanted to thank Tatiana for offering the spring detox. My goals were to become more informed about clean eating and learn what foods I should stay away from. Well, I learned that I have issues with wheat and dairy. So bye bye wheat and dairy in moderation.

The best thing about this detox, was the variety of recipes and detox tools. I thought I would miss my daily coffee but now I only have black coffee occasionally.

The very best thing I gained from this detox was mental clarity. I didn’t think it would be possible but I’m sleeping better, able to get up earlier without feeling groggy, and I just feel more positive. If I didn’t try I wouldn’t believe it could happen.

I also lost 8 lbs and that has encouraged me to work out again. And ladies, I did have moments where I wanted to give up, so I ate something bad but then I remembered, I can either have results or excuses. So I would write about how I felt and leave those feelings on paper.

Sorry this is so long but I worked out this morning and I want everyone to feel this good.

Good afternoon, I wanted to take this moment to say thank you very much for helping me to get to my goals. I could have not done this without your support and your nutrition guide and meal recommendations. It really opened up my eyes in how clean eating and working out really changes your body for the better.

Since I have been with you, I was able to drop a lot of inches and also my body changed for the better. I notice how certain foods affect my body and which foods agree with my body. I can say I eat better and well and I have instilled this into my children who love eating healthy and clean. I stay away from a lot of processed food and I eat more whole foods.

I can say that without you I wouldn’t be where I am at today. And I cannot wait to see what the next level is you’re going to be putting me into. Thank you again.  For your support and care. You have really been there for me mentally and physically when most people wouldn’t.  You are a great coach, mentor!!!
